You can download the form here and post it to the Australian Electoral Commission or visit my Electorate Office at Isle of Capri to pick up a form and a Reply Paid envelope.

Tours of Parliament House can be fun and informative, and not just for school children! A visit to Parliament House will give you a chance to learn about the history of Queensland and an insight into your State Parliament. If you visit when Parliament is sitting, you can watch all of the action from the Public Gallery.
If you wish to organise a free tour of Parliament House, please contact my Electorate Office. BBQs and morning teas can also be arranged. If I'm in Parliament on the day of your visit, I would love to stop by and meet your group. For more information on visiting Parliament House click here.
The State flag dates back to the time when Queensland was a self-governing British colony. Today it remains an important symbol of our history and achievement since early colonisation.
Organisations such as schools, recognised youth organisations, community service groups, benevolent and welfare organisations, sporting clubs and bodies, and local government authorities are eligible to receive Queensland Flags free-of-charge.
Queensland teachers and students who have been accepted into an overseas educational institution or who are representing Queensland abroad may also be eligible to receive a flag.
If you would like to request a flag, applications can be made by emailing or writing to my Electorate Office. Please note it can take some weeks for the flags to become available.
